Return & Refund

Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Return Process 

1. Contact us at returns@oilartsy.com within 30 days of receiving your order to initiate a return.

2. We will provide you with instructions and a return address.

3. Ship the item back to us using a trackable shipping method.

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a certain number of days.

Exchanges 
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, email us at exchanges@oilartsy.com.

Return Shipping Costs
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Non-returnable Items
Some items are exempt from being returned, such as customized products or gift cards. Please contact us for more details.
